My partner booked a meal for my birthday, we have been before and Magda was perfect. She served us before, and you cannot fault how attentive she is.. even though the restaurant was packed. Fantastic customer service definitely be back

Waiter and greeting staff were great however , all of our steaks were well done even though we ordered medium/rare. I requested a new steak after 18 minutes it hadn’t arrived so requested the bill and said I want paying . Staff dealt with this well and I apologised if I came across rude however waiter despite my apology was rude to me .. not what you expect from a well known steak house

Donna was very welcoming, friendly and attentive to our table in a not over the top way. I mentioned it was my wife's birthday and she brought out a plate with my wife's dessert saying happy birthday. These small things make a difference.
